Shipping & Delivery
We operate a 5 day shipping system using Royal Mail for most items and use DPD couriers for our heavier and high value items. We do not make any profit on our shipping charges they are always kept as low as possible. Any item purchased will be shipped within 1 working day. Meaning items purchased Monday will be shipped Tuesday at the latest, we may sometimes be able to ship it that same day depending on how busy we are in the packing department. Items purchased Friday will normally not be shipped until Monday (unless we can get time to do it before our mail collection that day) as we are closed Saturday & Sunday. We are also closed on Bank holidays. Any other times we are closed will be shown on the website to avoid disappointment.

Returns & Replacements
Whilst we are sure that you will be happy with your purchase we are aware that on a few occasions things can go wrong. If any item you purchase does not meet with your needs or you no longer require it, we offer a full 14 day returns policy allowing return of the item. All we ask is that the item is returned in a perfect re-sellabel condition including all labels tags and retail package, including any free gifts. If we have sent an incorrect item or the item arrives damaged please inform us as soon as possible, we can then advise on how to carry out the return and of course we will cover the return postage cost. Where you wish to claim under a manufacturers warranty please contact us and we will advise how to proceed. Please email Julie put Website Return in the subject line. We ship to virtually any country where possible. However some items due to their weight exceeding 2 kg are not really viable and there are also size restrictions on many items. We try to display the shipping options clearly and where you feel it does not show your country please contact us to look into obtaining a shipping price for you. We always try to ensure that all pricing and information is correct on the website, however we are only human and sometimes mistakes are made.

PLEASE NOTE therefore that we always reserve the right to cancel any purchase without prior notice where an error has occurred. Stock levels are maintained as accurately as possible but where an issue over stock does happen we will contact the buyer and explain any issues or delays there may be with their order. We never substitute an item without first contacting the buyer for their approval
